A quick note on privacy

We're a small team and we're writing the full version of this page now. Until it's up, the short version: Koina only collects the information needed to run a booking — your name, contact details, and the details of any venue or booking you create or take part in.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the host or renter on the other side of your booking. If you host a venue, we may share aggregate usage figures with venue owners and staff so they can run the space.

You can ask us to delete your account and the information attached to it at any time. Bookings already settled with a host may need to be retained for the host's records.
