The ground rules

Full terms of service are on the way. The plain-English version: Koina is a tool for connecting renters with community-run venues. It is offered as-is, with no warranty. We do our best to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we can't promise uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.

Bookings are agreements between renters and the venue's host — Koina isn't a party to that agreement. Hosts are responsible for confirming and honouring bookings, collecting any deposits, and carrying appropriate insurance. Renters are responsible for the way they use the space.

Don't use Koina for anything illegal or anything intended to harass another person. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
